This simulation model was developed in collaboration with Intuitive Surgical to support advanced training in robotic and laparoscopic rectal surgery. Specifically designed for low anterior resection (LAR) and total mesorectal excision (TME) procedures, the trainer allows users to practice precise pelvic dissection by navigating through layered anatomical structures. The realistic yellow fat and replaceable rectum provide a highly tactile and repetitive training environment, essential for mastering deep pelvic access.
